Tracey is a fully licensed Property Agent registered with the Property Service Provider Authority (PSR) and a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV).

Established in 2017, RPM was the first agency dedicated to Property Letting and Management in West Limerick. RPM manages rental properties in Limerick City, County, Kerry, Cork, and Tipperary, with unparalleled experience in West Limerick.

In 2020, Tracey enrolled in a 2-year Property Sales and Valuation course at the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) in TU Dublin, achieving a Distinction in 2022.

In 2021, RPM transitioned from remote to office-based operations, opening an office on Maiden Street, Newcastle West, Co Limerick, and expanding into Sales and Block Management.
