We recently rented out and sold a property with RPM in Limerick. The service we received was beyond our expectations!  We were initially renting out the Property with RPM managing. Tracey is a thorough professional and deals with everything herself. She tries her utmost not to bother the landlord with little things yet maintains clear communication, keeping them in the know.

Tracey was a pleasure to deal with. She is very good at her job. Her social media skills and posts are very eye catching when advertising a property.
Tracey has a team of trades people available whom she can contact and get work done at short notice, be it plumbing, electrical, painting or decorating.

RPM handled the sale of a house in Castletroy for me. They were superbly professional, but very warm and helpful as well. Joan was fantastic, really going the extra mile to generate a lot of interest in the property through social media and other channels. I am very new to this whole property market and hadn't got a clue how to do things properly,  Tracey held my hand from the very start and walked me through it from making sure I had right paperwork and tests done to finding me an accountant.  I had heard horror stories about agencies who didn't care about anything but taking you money but all I had seen from Tracey and her team is care and a true desire to help people,  for both tenants and  landlord.
