– We vet potential tenants and check employers reference, landlord reference, bank and photographic ID and more.

– We schedule and show the property to potential tenants.

– Complete a full inventory of the property for the tenant(s) to sign providing the landlord’s bank details for future rental payments.

– Take meter reads for any utilities and facilitate the transfer to the new tenant(s) name.

Established in 2017, RPM was the first agency dedicated to Property Letting and Management in West Limerick. RPM manages rental properties in Limerick City, County, Kerry, Cork, and Tipperary, with unparalleled experience in West Limerick.

In 2020, Tracey enrolled in a 2-year Property Sales and Valuation course at the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) in TU Dublin, achieving a Distinction in 2022.
