Licenced Letting Agent Tracey ReidyTracey is a Property Letting Agent licensed with the Property Service Provider (PSRA).
Tracey worked in the UK rental sector letting and managing rental properties before returning to Limerick Ireland to set up Resource Property Management in late 2017. Tracey's passion for all things relating to property started following the construction of own her family home in 2001/2 that was constructed using direct labour with Tracey often being utilised as a labourer who would not be shy to use a shovel, cement mixer or hold up 2x4 or sheet of plasterboard. Married to lecturer of Craft Studies (MTU) has also given Tracey an insight further into a property build and materials used. Tracey is passionate about property and wanting it to look its best, always happy to offer advice to her clients. |
Maintenance and Property Manager Tina NashTina Nash joined Resource Property Management in 2021 looking for a new challenge and we are delighted to have Tina on board our team.
Tina manages all aspects of the maintenance reporting, and the first point of contact for tenants. Tina also completes the property inspections of properties. |
